The deficit in foreign trade in goods amounts to 91 million euros in February

The value of exports was 18% and that of imports 29% higher in euros in February 2022 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

The balance of foreign trade in goods deteriorated by 876 million euros compared to February 2021.

The value of exports amounted to 11.403 billion euros and that of imports to 11.494 billion euros.

The deficit in foreign trade in goods was 91 million euros.

The share of EU Member States was 76% in exports and 69% in imports.

Compared to January 2022, the level of exports of goods increased by 9.5% and that of imports of goods by 7.9%.
