NITI Ayog

NITI Aayog is the Indian government’s policy think tank. It offers undergraduate/postgraduate students or academic researchers enrolled in recognized universities/institutions in India and abroad the opportunity to apply for the NITI Aayog Internship Program.

This internship organization, although unpaid, provides various opportunities for students in different fields such as agriculture, data management and analysis, economics, education, human resource development, energy, foreign trade/trade, mining, tourism, sports and youth development, and many more. The internship lasts a minimum of six weeks and a maximum of six months. Those who do not complete their internship within the agreed time frame will not be awarded an experience certificate.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of External Affairs launched its first edition of the MEA Internship Program as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations to commemorate 75 years of independence. Under this program, a fee of Rs 10,000 per month will be paid to each intern.

Interested applicants must be citizens of India and must have a graduate degree from a recognized university at the time of application. Internships are also open to students who are currently in their final year of graduation, where an internship is a mandatory part of their final year course. The upper age limit for these internships will be 25 years.

For this year, a total of 75 internships will be offered in a single three-month term. The duration of the internship will be a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Department of Legal Affairs

The Department of Legal Affairs (DoLA) offers internships in the hope of giving them more experience and learning in the field of research and SEO work, offering legal advice in various specialized areas of law such as constitutional and administrative law, financial law, infrastructure law, economic law, labor law, assignment, arbitration and contract law, etc.

Students from different fields can apply for internships under the Government of India’s digital project – DigiLocker. As per official instructions, the intern should be flexible and ensure timely delivery of the assigned task. Internships are available in both development and operations (such as product management, UI UX development, front-end development, database management, blockchain, etc.) however, availability during an internship given is based on business needs.

Internships are available for these areas: security/testing researcher, content writer, front-end development, UI/UX, graphic designer, product management, blockchain, database management and IOS development. Candidates will be employed for a minimum period of six months, but will not be entitled to a salary or promise of employment at the end of the internship.
