Collaborate with our clients’ subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities to eliminate waste by improving day-to-day work and find a process automation solution to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
Design feasible process improvements, including technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies
Manage all process improvement and automation solutions for an assigned line of business
Take responsibility for project artifacts such as functional requirements and specifications
Responsible for Product Success – for creating products and bot solutions that meet our customers’ goals
Monitor relevant process and bot KPIs, and initiate and manage development-based promotional activities
Work closely daily with software developers and solution architects to deliver an automated process on time and quality
Involve all relevant stakeholders in decision-making processes during all phases of the project
Provide training via physical and remote classroom
Provide technical instruction using adult learning practices and procedures to engage learners and ensure content is relevant to target audience.

Requirements / Skills required

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Software engineering development focused on quality assurance testing and automation testing
Have a strong knowledge/understanding of test automation frameworks and focus on automated testing
Non-functional, functional and unit testing frameworks and relevant tools
Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks and automation testing strategies.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with students
Strong verbal and written skills
Teaching experience an asset.
